One of the main problems when setting up centralized email signatures is multi-device management (PC, Macbook, iPad, iPhone, etc.).
Thanks to its latest update, Microsoft now makes it possible to deploy an add-in on all Outlook users' devices.
In concrete terms, this means that CIOs no longer have the need to deploy the Signitic agent on each employee's device: this is done centrally from the Microsoft 365 administrator platform, in a few clicks.
A few minutes later, all the devices, all the employees (that is to say, everywhere!) have the Signitic add-in deployed on their Outlook applications (mobile, tablet and computer).
This add-in, in addition to being deployed extremely easily, above all, allows transparent user authentication thanks to Azure AD.
Once the add-in is installed, the new signature is automatically replaced by the current one, and this, without any manipulation or connection of the end user.

Thanks to the new features proposed by Microsoft, Signitic administrators will now be able to have different communications depending on whether the email recipients are internal or external!
This novelty will open the doors wide to numerous new communications: change management, promotion of internal events, internal communications, etc. The possibilities are endless!
If the administrator has planned a rotation of 4 different banners (See screenshot below), the add-in gives access to these 4 banners, which allows me to choose the most relevant banner for my interlocutor.
