Good news, at Signitic, we decided to offer you ready-to-use templates to help you create your signatures!
It's very simple, when you are in the “create my signature” space on the platform, you now have the possibility to select a template with an already integrated layout that you can of course customize.
Equipped with your graphic charter, you will be free to add, modify your information, but also adapt the colors according to your graphic identity, it's magic!
A lot of stuff! You can add your contact details, namely: first name, last name, function, telephone, email, service and much more. You can add your photo, your logo (not to mention the link to your site) and your social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube...
Everything is absolutely flexible: you can even select a predefined shape for your imported photo, define the size or even the borders of your signature. How do I add my photo? All you have to do is click on the “My Users” interface of the person who will bear the signature and click on “select a photo”.
And to add my logo? It is added from the “My Organization” space, in fact if your company has several subsidiaries, you can easily associate the right logo with the right entity.
